PlusKit is a very unique add-on that is useful in a lot of different situations. It lightboxes images, imports pages into other pages, and even automates backups of your RapidWeave project.

Pixelmator is an awesome image-editing app for the Mac that functions as a much more affordable Photoshop alternative. Great for creating and editing images for your website.
TextWrangler
TextWrangler is a great, free app for viewing raw HTML files, such as the ones created when you export your site from RapidWeaver. For advanced users.
PixelStick
PixelStick is a very useful tool for measuring space on your screen. It really comes in handy for determining the width of content spaces and header images.
